Dan Gordon’s background brings the disciplines of urban planning, public policy, and business operations to today’s affordable housing challenges. He started with FPG in 2016; assignments include transaction management for the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program and supporting the Resource Desk, RAD’s online database.

His most recent work was at the urban planning firm Topology in Newark, NJ, where he authored municipal affordable housing plans, developed course materials for housing authority and redevelopment professionals, and provided project management capacity for a nearby housing authority. Previous experience included time at the industrial supply company McMaster-Carr, where he managed transactions, conducted market research, and gave website support to customers.
